The training packages from Formação 40 Horas are designed to help companies meet the legal obligation set out in Article 131 of the Portuguese Labour Code, which requires 40 hours of certified professional training per worker each year. As an entity certified by the DGERT, we issue certificates with full legal validity and registration on the SIGO platform, accepted and verifiable in inspections by the ACT (Authority for Working Conditions). The packages are available in three formats: e-learning, in-person, and blended (a combination of both), so that each company can choose the format best suited to its operation, the availability of its teams, and the geographical spread of its workforce. The e-learning format offers scheduling flexibility, the in-person format encourages proximity and hands-on practice, and the blended format balances the two.
